I have worked on implementing change with organisations, guided consultants who want to more fully integrate strength-based approaches to change into their practice, and coached business leaders who need to make significant changes in their leadership style.

 

In the mid-eighties, David Cooperrider, Suresh Srivastva and their colleagues at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA challenged the traditional problem solving approach to change management.
