My past work has included public workshops where leaders, managers and consultants develop or increase the ability to use Appreciative Inquiry; AI Dialogues where a leader in a specialist topic guides a discussion for a day; conferences where I have run interactive sessions for large numbers of people; and specialist days for learning groups where managers and consultants want to focus on their own practice.
